A plan for next week
To form the future, put a form of werden in the usual verb position and the main verb in the infinitive at the end. Use ich werde, du wirst and er/sie wird.
Ich werde nächste Woche im Büro arbeiten.
I will work in the office next week.
Du wirst morgen den Bericht schreiben.
You will write the report tomorrow.
Mara wird die Frühschicht übernehmen.
Mara will take the early shift.

Ben will start at eight o'clock.
The future forms of werden change: du wirst and er wird have no e after the w. Der Bericht means report; die Schicht means work shift.

02

With plural subjects, use wir werden, ihr werdet and sie werden. Formal Sie also takes werden. The team announces its tasks for the next day.

We will divide up the tasks tomorrow.
Ihr werdet an der Besprechung teilnehmen.
You will take part in the meeting.
Die Kollegen werden früher kommen.

When will the shift begin?
Werdet ihr den Bericht lesen?
Will you read the report?
