Reject a claim firmly with keineswegs
Keineswegs means by no means. It is a strong, slightly formal nicht that rejects a statement or an assumption as untrue. It stands where nicht would stand, and it can also be a short answer on its own: Keineswegs.
Neue Technik ist keineswegs automatisch ein Fortschritt.
New technology is by no means automatically progress.
Die Entwickler sind keineswegs gegen Regeln.
The developers are by no means against rules.
Das Problem ist keineswegs gelöst.
The problem is by no means solved.
Ist die Gesichtserkennung fehlerfrei? Keineswegs.
Is facial recognition free of errors? By no means.
Keineswegs already contains the negation, so never add nicht: Das ist keineswegs sicher. Der Fortschritt means progress and die Gesichtserkennung facial recognition.

Rule something out with keinesfalls
Keinesfalls means under no circumstances. It is typical of rules, warnings and firm decisions, so it often appears with dürfen, sollen or a future plan. Like keineswegs, it replaces nicht rather than adding to it.

Die Verantwortung means responsibility and die Zustimmung consent. In everyday speech the two words overlap, but keinesfalls leans towards what must not happen, keineswegs towards what is not true.

Go one step further with nicht einmal
Nicht einmal means not even. It stresses that the least you would expect did not happen. It stands directly before the word it focuses on: nicht einmal die Entwickler, or before the verb at the end: hat ... nicht einmal informiert.
Nicht einmal die Entwickler verstehen jede Entscheidung des Systems.
Not even the developers understand every decision the system makes.
Die Firma hat die Nutzer nicht einmal informiert.
The company did not even inform the users.
Viele lesen nicht einmal die Datenschutzerklärung.
