This includes not only the obvious participants like customers or the project team, but also internal departments, the public, and even the competition. With regard to agile project management: In contrast to traditional, sequential methods, which are based on detailed planning in advance, the agile approach prioritizes iterative development steps and flexible adaptation to changing conditions.
