Und als ich mit diesem Lichtstick vor der Kamera herum gewedelt habe und mir die Bilder auf dem Monitor angeschaut habe,

dachte ich mir, hm, das ist ja doch ganz schön krumm, der bringt ja gar nichts.

Aber das dachte ich, bevor ich die A6700 dagegen verglichen habe, die ja ungefähr so das Level der A7 IV ist.

Und sie hat nur einen APS-C-Sensor, also sollte sie eigentlich weniger Rolling Shutter haben, weil er schneller ausgelesen werden kann.

Und ihr seht, es gibt da schon einen extremen Unterschied.

Denn dann seht ihr mal so richtig drastisch, inwiefern diese Kamera besser als die A7S Mark III ist, die mich gerade filmt.

Because then you'll see very dramatically how much better this camera is than the A7S Mark III, which is currently filming me.

Diese Kamera hat exakt dieselben Einstellungen gehabt wie diese.

This camera had exactly the same settings as this one.

Also ich habe immer beide exakt gleich eingestellt.

So I always set both exactly the same.

Und trotzdem, wenn wir Tiefen mal auf 150 ziehen, wenn wir die Belichtung mal um zwei Blendenstufen hochziehen,

And yet, when we push the shadows to 150, when we increase the exposure by two stops,

schaut mal diesen Unterschied an in puncto Rauschen und Details.

just look at this difference in terms of noise and detail.

Das ist phänomenal.

Und auch bei einer hohen ISO von ISO 12800 müsste ja die A7S3 durch ihre wenigen Megapixel

actually have a clear advantage in terms of noise behavior. But it doesn't. If we don't do anything to the image, we see hardly any difference, apart from it being a bit more detailed here. But if we then grade, yes, we want to post-process, we want to bring up the light a bit, push up the shadows.

Und ich komme da echt ins Schwärmen. Also ganz große Klasse, eine der besten Videokameras in dem Preissegment, auch in dem Sony-Kosmos.

Apropos Timelapse, kann die Kamera Timelapse mit Belichtungsramping, das heißt ihr kennt meine Timelapse, ich mache gerne Timelapse, die sehr speziell sind vom Sonnenuntergang bis in die Milchstraße rein.

Speaking of timelapse, can the camera do timelapse with exposure ramping, meaning you know my timelapses, I like to make timelapses that are very special, from sunset to the Milky Way.
