Und tats war das der Grund warum die EU sehr sehr lange das direkte von anderen Firmendaten in die USA nur unter Extra erlaubte Ein Gerichtsurteil hat sogar den Privacy Shield unter dessen Rechtsrahmen Firmendaten in die USA konnten gekippt
And that was the reason why the EU allowed direct transfer of other company data to the US only under exceptional circumstances for a very, very long time. A court ruling even overturned the Privacy Shield, under whose legal framework company data could be transferred to the US.

Vor zwei Jahren unter beiden zum Beispiel ist man von Betreiber von elektronischen Kommunikationsdiensten gewechselt zu beliebige andere Betreiber, von denen man Daten abzwacken darf. Das ist deutlich weiter gefasst.
This FISA Section 702 expires this April. That sounds good at first, but it's actually bad, because in the past, it's been used as an opportunity to demand more, not less. Two years ago under Biden, for example, they switched from operators of electronic communication services to any other operators from whom data can be extracted. That's much broader.
